Tips on how to keep your family Healthy
People just don't understand how simple it is to eat CLEAN. Not only will you save time which we all don't have much of, but you will be saving time and money by not adding all those extra sauces on your food. Generally, Sauces are loaded with (sodium) salt and cause you to gain weight.
Food that keeps you and your family Healthy can be quick to fix. Choose to broil, stir fry, microwave or grill your food. Marinate your lean cuts with Lemon, chopped garlic or onions, place them in a container or zip lock bag overnight and they should have a good flavor the next morning.
Good NUTRITION is KEY if you're looking to maintain a Healthy lifestyle...all things in moderation...a little bit here a little bit there all goes a long way..

It's all Mindset
We're all very busy individuals, our lives are filled with millions of tasks daily. As a result, we might not be doing as much as we'd really like to in the gym. Let alone are we practicing healthy eating habits. We become frustrated and then wanna give up any little desire that's left to hit the gym or even skip that dessert.
For those reasons I encourage you to re-think your life style. There's a saying out there. "There's time for everything". If you stop working out you will not only slow down your metabolism but you will lower your energy levels as well. Keep in mind when you're working out and avoiding all the junk by keeping a clean diet you prevent your body from losing any muscle, which in return keeps your metabolism going while also making undesirable fat gains.
Be CONSISTENT: set some attainable goals. Life will always be full of things to do. Your Health should be a priority. Why would you take better care of your car than your own body. Change your MINDSET

DON"T DRINK YOUR CALORIES WHILE AT WORK
STOP!! those JAVAS!! They're LOADED with unwanted CALORIES
keep them to a minimum...do you really need all that sugar...have you thought of yourself lately?
keep in mind just by reducing some of the junk you're putting into your body you can trim your waist. FAT FREE isn't really FAT FREE!! If its too GOOD to Be TRUE..THEN IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE...usually foods that say FAT FREE our loaded with other additives. SO keep an eye out!! learn to read your labels. Understand what it is you're buying.

Did you know that Muscle increases your metabolism?
For every 1 pound of muscle in your body your metabolic rate increases 25-35 calories per day. This is because muscle is 'metabolically active' and burns more calories than other body tissue even when you're not moving.
Did you know that for every 3500 calories that your body takes from its fat reserves, you lose a pound of body fat?
Dedication and execution are KEY when you start a nutrition program. Stay FOCUSED plan to SUCCEED.

1lb chicken or turkey breast, cut into strips
2-3 green or yellow bell peppers, sliced
2 onions, sliced in half
1cup of of Low sodium salsa
1/2 cup non salted chicken broth
1-2 garlic cloves, chopped
and add some black pepper and
parsley.
Dir:
Heat a lg frying pan
add chicken or turkey and cook until brown
add all peppers, onions and garlic
finally add salsa and black pepper cook until
all liquid is gone
