1lb chicken or turkey breast, cut into strips
2-3 green or yellow bell peppers, sliced
2 onions, sliced in half
1cup of of Low sodium salsa
1/2 cup non salted chicken broth
1-2 garlic cloves, chopped
and add some black pepper and
parsley.
Dir:
Heat a lg frying pan
add chicken or turkey and cook until brown
add all peppers, onions and garlic
finally add salsa and black pepper cook until
all liquid is gone
