Tips on how to keep your family Healthy

People just don't understand how simple it is to eat CLEAN. Not only will you save time which we all don't have much of, but you will be saving time and money by not adding all those extra sauces on your food. Generally, Sauces are loaded with (sodium) salt and cause you to gain weight.

Food that keeps you and your family Healthy can be quick to fix. Choose to broil, stir fry, microwave or grill your food. Marinate your lean cuts with Lemon, chopped garlic or onions, place them in a container or zip lock bag overnight and they should have a good flavor the next morning.

Good NUTRITION is KEY if you're looking to maintain a Healthy lifestyle...all things in moderation...a little bit here a little bit there all goes a long way..
