Healthy weight loss tips...


Prepare to have 6 small meals a day..
space your meals out every 3 hours..

Meals should be 40% Carbs.
40% protein
and 20% fat

Avoid foods high in saturated fat and trans fat

Try to consume complex carbs rather than simple carbs...
oatmeal, yams, brown rice, etc..
