Eating healthy should become a life long commitment. When you lose Weight (fat) you must make an effort to make it a life long commitment. Brief periods of Weight Loss followed by weight gain is not a healthy life-stlye. Choosing a healthy life-style takes effort, but it should not be so difficult that you can't do it.
